Hello and welcome!

My name is Caroline Borio (she/her) and I am a singer, actor, and performer originally from just outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am a senior at Elon University pursuing a B.F.A. in Music Theater, as well as a minor in Statistics. I am a passionate student and forever learner, currently conducting undergraduate research as an Elon Honors Fellow on modern feminist adaptations of classical theater.

My artistic pursuits began at the age of 7 in my breakout role of Tinkerbell, as pictured, and fifteen years later I am just as in love with performing as the day I began. I am passionate about telling stories filled with heart and vulnerability, and I believe strongly in the power of collaborative, intentional storytelling to help us connect with our humanity and understand each other.

Most recently I performed in Elon University’s mainstage production of Spring Awakening in the role of Wendla. Some of my other favorite roles include Portia in Something Rotten, Olive in 25th Annual Spelling Bee, Natalie in Next to Normal, and Celia in As You Like It.

Outside of performing, I love traveling with my partner, and spending time with my family and my three kitties. I also really love coffee, but I can never seem to finish the last few sips.
